By buying from or creating an account on merch.clingybear.com, you agree to these terms. If something here ever conflicts with what we tell you by email about your specific order, the email wins.

Made to order

Every garment is printed after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Typical production is 2–5 business days plus shipping time. Because each piece is made for you, colors may vary slightly from what your screen shows.

Prices & payment

Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Braintree; we never see your card number. Your order is confirmed when payment is authorized.

Returns & refunds

Our 30-day sensory guarantee applies to every order: if the fabric bothers your skin, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details on the returns & refunds page, which is part of these terms.

Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account with an email magic link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. One account per person; don't share accounts.

Our designs

All artwork, names, and branding on this site belong to Clingy Bear. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the rights to the design — please don't reproduce our artwork for commercial use.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the store: no fraudulent orders, no chargeback threats as a negotiation tactic (talk to us first — we resolve nearly everything within 48 hours), no scraping the catalog to clone it.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or print providers, though we will always help you chase them down.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
