Shipping policy

Every order is printed to order on our premium garments, then packed and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Rates

• Flat rate: $6.95 per order (US)
• Free US shipping on orders over $100
• Canada / UK / Australia: calculated at checkout

Timing

• Printing: 2–4 business days (each piece is made for you)
• US transit: 3–6 business days after printing
• International: 7–14 business days after printing

Tracking & delivery issues

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes scan early), then contact us with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Wrong address entered at checkout? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to intercept before printing.
