Clingy Bear (clingybear.com) sells made-to-order apparel. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to take and fulfill your order, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Order info: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. We need this to print and ship your order.
• Account info: if you sign in, we store your email (magic-link sign-in) or the basic profile Google shares with us (name, email, profile photo) so you can see your order history.
• Payment info: payments are processed by Braintree. Your card details go directly to them — we never see or store your card number. We keep only the transaction reference.
• Notify-me signups: if you ask to be notified about a coming-soon item, we keep your email until we notify you or you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, if enabled, is aggregate pageview counting only.

Who sees your data

• Print & ship providers (e.g. our print-on-demand partners) receive your name, address, and order contents — they need it to make and deliver your stuff.
• Braintree processes your payment. Resend sends our transactional emails (order confirmations, sign-in links).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Email orders@clingybear.com and we will send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and data entirely. Order records we are legally required to keep (tax receipts) are retained as required by law and then deleted.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
